Southeast Gap Consulting, LLC  has a total of 14 years experience in the agricultural and food safety industry.  Expertise lies within building client relationships, farming, good agricultural practice, good handling practices, and private sector consulting for USDA GAP and GlobalG.A.P audits. The company takes great pride in ensuring all of our clients are following the food safety guidelines within USDA and FDA standards, along with the Food Safety Modernization Act, and understand the importance of these practices.

Kayla McMinn

Consultant

Kayla has previously worked in the food service industry as a Public Health Environmentalist conducting restaurant Inspections. She is currently working in the private sector consulting for some farmers in Mississippi for USDA GAP and GlobalG.A.P. audit services.  She recently completed PSA's Train the Trainer Course.  Kayla is HACCP Certified and is a Registered Trainer through GlobalG.A.P.  She has had extensive training in produce food safety practices and is ready to serve your farm's current and future needs!
